Terms of use
The plain terms for using Aloud. By installing or using Aloud, you agree to them.

Using Aloud
Aloud is made by Abraham Gonzalez. You may install and use it on your own Macs, for personal or work use. Please don't resell it, redistribute it, or try to take it apart to get at how it works.
Use Aloud lawfully. Meeting Notes records the people on a call: you are responsible for telling them and getting any consent the law where you and they are requires.
Your content
What you dictate, record and write with Aloud is yours. It stays on your Mac, as the privacy policy explains. We don't receive it and claim no rights to it.
Google Docs and Notion
Exporting to Google Docs or Notion is optional. When you connect one, you also use that service under its own terms, and the notes you export are governed by them. Aloud only creates the documents you ask it to export, and you can disconnect at any time in Aloud's settings.
Transcripts and summaries
Aloud's transcripts and meeting summaries are made automatically and can be wrong. Check anything important before you rely on it.
No warranty
Aloud is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Abraham Gonzalez isn't liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or loss of data, from using Aloud. Nothing here limits rights the law gives you that can't be limited.
Changes and contact
If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with a new date. Questions: support@getaloud.work.
